A full index and image refresh has been carried out on the ScotlandsPeople website.
ScotlandsPeople says: “New indexes for statutory birth, marriage and death records are now fully searchable from 1855-2011, including images for statutory births until 1911, marriages 1936, and deaths 1961. We have also updated the County and District drop-down lists.”
Until the latest change, the indexes had been searchable up to 2009.
